Tobias founded 360 Service Agency in 2016 after spotting a gap in the market to offer a complete go-to-market solution for large brands and start-ups alike in the IT industry. Prior to that he was part of Komplett’s expansion which revolutionized e-tail business in Europe and was instrumental within the Executive team of a tech startup leading growth from $20 to $400 million in revenue, including several rounds of funding and going public on both FTSE and NASDAQ. Tobias went on to become the Vice President of EMEA Sales and Global Marketing within the Toshiba Group and applied his experience to drive significant growth and successfully manage the international business units before setting up 360 Service Agency.
